am I PREGNANT PLEASE HELP ME AND ALSO TELL ME IF IAM HOW TO ABORT

PAST HISTORY : I had unprotected sex with my boy friend but now after 8 days i got red spots on my undergarment but i took I-pill and my periods are still to come after 2 weeks.

Hi!!
In case you are pregnant and want to abort the pregnancy,you first have to tell me the duration of the pregnancy .Pregnancy can be terminated by 2 methods-by taking medications( medical abortion) or by surgical methods( D and C).Which method is applicable in your case and whether you have had previous pregnancies/abortions ,all will determine the method of termination of pregnancy.

my g.f is 26 yr old,her periods comes on 5th date ,after sex at 3 rd feb ,she take a tablet of unwanted 72 then check home pregnency test it is negative and after 1month and 10 days there is no any symptomps of pregnency and home pregnency result will also be negative bt there is problem her periods had not come after 1month and 10 days..?,my g.f consult a gyno-bt without any checkup she gives a dose of mifepristone and mesoprostal ..after taken these medicine periods has not come...what can we do?

Hi, There were a certain points which were a little unclear,how many times was urine pregnancy test negative and when. After how many days was it done importantly and when was it done last(date of urine pregnancy test). If urine pregnancy test is negative then there is no point why any gynaec would prescribe you mifepristone. My periods came on 12 March 2013 and had sex with my husband on 19th March 2013 and after two hours I took I-Pill and on 23rd March 2013, got bleedings but not as heavy as in periods and it remained till 25th March 2013, after that I didn't got my periods till date i.e. 7th May 2013. I am very worried as don't want to get pregnant right now. What should I do?

Hi, Since you have already missed your periods once in april and you did not mention anything about may kindly mention about that also. Now you have to do a urine pregnancy test first to confirm if there is any pregnancy or not. If it comes out to be positive then we have both medical and surgical options to abort pregnancy. hello sir/madam,....I had unprotected sex with my partner few days back...after 2-3 days of the act I started having red patch wid a small round white lesion(like ulcer) on my frenulum of penis and inner part of the prepuce....plus from the next day I started having pain in my floor of the mouth plus having bleeding while brushing my teeth(after brushing when I spit I see blood but cannot find the origin of the bleed...I have not got any blood test done...I am very worried whether its an STD or something more serious like cancer or HIV.....plus the female with whom I had sex also suffered from infection wid burning sensation and pain while urinating the next day and she took third generation cephalosporin tablet and placentrex gel for 3 days which relieved her symptoms....please suggest me what should I do....thanks in advance....

hi I just delivered on 8/06/2013 n was blessed by a baby boy.my stiches have been dissolved but there is still sensitivity and also some times itchy I was given silverex ionic 2% gel silver nitrate can I still continue putting that any side effects also I had got constipated after 2 weeks after my delivery n because of the force that was put I have got cuts in my rectum because of which its difficult for to sit stand and even sleep at times.its been more then a week now.can u please sub crib something for the cut and pain I'm breast feeding also now I get motions properly but after that I get lots of pain. please help

Hi, Yes that is why i prescribed you with syrup lactulose so that you pass a litlle soft stools and if there is any fissure in rectum that gets time to heal up and yes that syrup is fine when you are lactating. But that should be taken for not more than seven days and also you should take high fiber rich diet.
