In looking at the anatomy of the hand it appears to me that the flexor digit minimi brevis muscle or tendon (not sure) stands above the surface of my right palm. No pain just a hard long grizzle like. what is going on, is it serious and do I need to be concern. Thanks

A full thickness ligament tear of the shoulder usually means that it will be difficult to lift your arm. This can lead to muscle wasting and stiffness of the joint. If you are an active person you need repair of the ligament by arthroscopy (key-hole surgery) where, by minute incisions are used to repair the ligaments without much complications. Hope that helps. Hello madam, you are not able to make afist or move your fingers because of gradual stiffness that has developed over time due to less movement at that joints. I suggest that since it's been a month of your operation, you should continue physiotherapy to regain motion or else your joints will become more stiff allowing limited motion. You can start with PWB(Parrafin Wax Bath ) Therapy for loosening the stiffness or immerse your hand and wrist in hot water (normal bearable temperature) for 10-15 ...
