i am a 30 year old male before 01 month my skin was spotless, glowing and acne free but now there are pimples on my forehead, and pigmentation my deramtologist has suggested me to be on Isotroin-10 mg daily one tablet, nilac A GEL for pimples,Brevoxyly creamy face wash and Melacare HC during night time, Kojimed cream during day time & Shadowz 50 sunscreen will it help me and one i have a doubt whther Melacare HC can be used with Brevoxyl creamy wash as it contains Benzoyl peroxide, will be highly obliged if you reply as it has lost my confidence

Hi, As far as I know the two can be used together (melacare hc and brevoxyly cream face wash). It is just that you should not have any kind of allergy to brevoxyly cream face wash. First use only brevoxyly cream and if you have breathing difficulty,swelling of lips,face and throat,skin redness,burning,or dryness,then don't use it further but otherwise there should not be any worry. A little over 3 weeks ago I went to the Dr for what he said was a really bad sinus infection. I was prescribed a 10 day course of antibiotics & I felt better. Well the last week Ive had a sore throat on the left side, an ear ache on the same side, a chesty cough I never got rid of and now bad breath. There are red streaks on the back of my throat which I assume are just from the stress of constantly coughing. I called the dr. & told him my symptoms and he seemed unalarmed and prescribed me another 10 day course of amoxicillian. My only concern is that its not a sinus infection because my sinuses aren't bothering me this time around - Im not even congested. Any ideas what it could be? Should I call the DR and make him actually see me or will the amox work? Please no smart-alec comments about dental hygiene -- I brush 3 times a day & floss, so its not because i am not brushing

Have done thorough eye checkup for my mother aged about 57 in Dr.Agarwal hospital and they suggested to go for cataract surgery using IOL techniques. Just want to check if we can get list of IOL lenses and their prices in market, so that i can cross verify with the prices Dr.Agarwal hospital is charge for me. If any one could provide prices for all kinds of IOL lenses, it would be great (or at least for 'Aberration free iOL' and 'Microincision IOL').

Hi doctor, I m dr. Neelam, Dental surgeon. I m pregnant with 10 weeks. and during regular tests of pregnancy found my total T4 was around 158 and TSH was 0.05, so dr asked me to take Free T3 and T4 test.. Free T4 came normal but TSH is still low i.e 0.04.. So please let me know is it serious or should i take any medicine.. But i dont have any symptoms and my weight is 65kg with 164 cms height.

You may get your test repeated now,just to get it confirmed and you may visit an internal medicine specialist and if you are so anxious you may also have hiv prophylaxis (if the doctor md medicine thinks it right for you). my daughter has been prescribed Serta 25 for a panic attack she had recently while in a boarding school. She is in the final year for IB boards and maybe undergoing stress in preparation for the forthcoming exams. she is a little highly-strung and sensitive girl. With reference to the black-out she had she said that there was no external stimuli ie. pressure of the exams to have caused this attack. I as a mother am not not very sure. Her doctor prescribed Serta 25 one a day in the morning and Sibelium 5 one a day at night for 30 days. I am concerned about the side effects of these medicines.
