Sir i am suffering from knee sweeling in my rt knee for 6 month,two times i hv removed water(aspiration) from it bt never found relief.some time it decrease and some time increase.all tests x rays,crp,esr are normal not yet i found any relief.4 years ago same problem were in my lft knee and dr. Removed 2 pieces(tissue) from lft knee which were found normal(non specific),till one month after surgery i couldn't bent knee even a little bit,i took physiotherapy by wax and till 9 months i could bent it onle 80% after 1.5 or 2 year i could bent it properly 100 bt with pain,still there is pain when i bent it proper,and also swelling in rt knee.Dr.'s Of hospital in which i get surgery 4 yrs ago said that same surgery will pass in rt knee,bt i am afraid because still there is pain in my lft knee,if i pass again surgery in rt knee i will face same problem of pain in my rt knee,please advice me sir if there another way to get treated without surgery like med. Or i should get treated by surgery,i am just 23 yr old boy,still there is whole life for me to live please help me.

Sir, I am 23 yrs aged man. From my childhood onward i have a doubt that is there is any psychiatric problems for me. And now i don't have that thinking. But in sometimes i am getting angry for small matters. It comes suddenly and also down suddenly. At the time my hands are shivering. Also i cannot concentrate on a specific thing or work. It effect my job. I am a chain smoker before 1 year. But now I controlled it . Now I am using 2 cigarettes in a day. Also up to 1 year before i am addicted to panmasala. and I suddenly stop it. sir, I want to why I am getting tensed suddenly for some times. Also is there is any treatment to control it. Is this is a mental disorder? Can you help me doctor.? ( I am not much fluent in English. So pleased me if there is any mistake.)

Hello Dr, I a am 30 years old male. I got married 9 months back. I used to snore while sleeping. Unfortunately, my wife is complaining me daily that I am either pricking her with my leg/hand or snore in her ears. Main point here is that she says I am awake during that time and she is complaining that I am doing it intentionally to disturb her sleep. There is no specific time for the same. It happens any time in the night or early morning. Actually, I am not aware of those activities. Even if I say to her that I didn't remember about those above said activities, she is clearly saying that I am very well awake during that time. She even says that my eyes are open sometimes but I am not aware of anything. Kindly help me out to understand what kind of problem it is and to help me to overcome the same. Thanks in Advance.

i had a perianal abscess operation around 5 weeks back. I have been off antibiotics and the regular dressings for around 10 days. However, I still have pain around that area as well as regular little discharge of pus from the wound. . The histopathology report mentioned the following: Nature of Material received: Left perineal abscess wall Gross description: Received a single greyish brown congested irregular ring 1.7 x 1.5 x 1 cm Microscopic description: Biopsy shows fibrosis in skeletal muscle and adipose tissue. Hi, If you still have pain and pus discharge around that area then , either the infection is there again because it was not cleared properly( the pus drainage was not done properly ) or either it might have formed again because you might be having some co exsistent problem which probably went un diagnosed . hi bobby, your perianal abscess surgery would take atleast 2-3 weeks to heal and slowly the soreness and pain will come down day by day as the wound heals. regular dressings especially after motions is the key to successful healing. The very fact that your pus c/s report mentions E.coli, I just want to make you aware that these bacteria are from the large intestine. My 3yr old son was in a car accident later yesterday afternoon acted fine, no complaints so my husband refused ambulance.. Today he was playing with his sister then just randomly laid down complaining of "head hurt" around 1ish in the afternoon. Since then he has just wanted to be "lay down". Hasn't eaten lunch or dinner. Have kept a close eye on him, gave him a dose of ibuprofen. Around 4p ish he seemed warm and had 99.5 oral. I'm having a hard time whether I should take him to been seen (called Dr and no after hr # available) or if I'm just being over protective mom. He just hasn't been himself since his first complaint, but didn't know if fever possibly could be accident related or just a virus that might be correlation of timing. Thank you!

Well, the complaints may all be related to a viral infection, incidentally following the accident. But we cannot rule out a head injury as cause for his altered behaviour, so its best to take to the hospital ER and make sure he is neurologically stable.
