I had been chewing gutkha since 2004 to 2012.Now I have quit this habit.I do smoke as well and occasionally consume alchohol. I am unable to open mouth more than 2 fingers. I request you to let me know ayurvedic means of getting rid of this issue. I donot have anyother problem other than this. I can have spicy foods without any problem.

I am 17 years old and i have the same problem that i cant leave masterbation,,despite of my desperate efforts .i am unable to get rid of it..somehow,i do this atleast twice a week..and i think that i am suffering from shivering of body and hands ...a little weakness that i think,is rising gradually...and according to me..i think my body shivers due to lack of blood.. My daughter (12yrs) is being treated for Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthiritis for the last 4yrs in Singapore. She was treated with Enbrel injection with methatrexate weekly. Then with Infliximab monthly. But still no improvement. Now our Doctor advising us to change to Humira injection. I request your advice in this regard.

You should discuss with your doctor. I feel She is not responding to TNF Blockers. So there is no point trying the 3rd one when the first 2 failed. Discuss on the options of Tocilizumab vs Rituximab(I am not sure if it s a seropositive JRA or seronegative). But I wont suggest Humira ...
