Hi, The normal size of ovary is 30 mm x 15 mm x 15 mm.. However it may vary from 3-5 cm and normal volume is 10 ml and bulky ovaries may be seen in (cysctic ovary disease). Can small sized anteverted uterus WITH INTACT ENDOMETRIAL STRIPE. Is she capable of pregnancy? My daughter also have cysts on her 2 ovaries. What does this mean? hi, am harpreet from INDIA. I am 19 years old . Lately my doctor inform me that I'm suffering from PCOS . My ovaries r enlarged with up to 50 cysts. My FSH :LH RATIO is also 1:3 so she said I need an operation with laser to clear the cysts. I am really not ready for that . She prescribed me with only a tablet after breakfast .
