Hi doctor i hope u will give me the correct opinion as it is my personal question my problem is ,i had lost 4 teeth . so i am going to consult doctor .if the dentist suggest me for dental implant..is it a right choice and if yes i would be getting married does this dental implant surgery effect my married sex life...like reducing sperm count or not having child in future,as issue of having something foreign implanted in the body may get bacteria and viruses tend to target implants.setting up colonies around them, and that the immune system canâ€™t fight as efficiently in that setting as it can elsewhere in the body. Or else you suggest me which is the best solution for my lost tooth replacement. Thanks

My name is Rajinder. The problem of excessive perspiration started past 5-6 years and its becoming worst. Even in a little humid /hot weather condition or when i work a little or even walk faster my whole body perspires abnormally. It's very embarrassing for me, i can't wear what i like can't go out with friends, all the time i just try to stay in air conditioned it's effecting my professional as well as personal life. Hi, I believe your whole body sweats as you have not mentioned if any particular part of body sweats(like soles,armpits,palms). Mostly the cause of excessive perspiration is idiopathic and does not have any cause. You will have to look if there is any irritating factor like avoid excessive spicy food,try to see if you are using any soap which irritates your skin(if that is so then try using a bland soap,you may use a moisturizer also. i have a history of 6 yrs of PCOS with high levels of Serum Prolactin around 94-120. my height is 5.6 ft & weight 65kgs. i have hyper pigmentation patches on cheeks due to hormonal problem. i had concieved a healthy baby in year 2011 after my marriage which I aborted medically due to personal reasons. last year i concieved a tubal ectopic pregnancy which unknowingly ruptured in fallopian tube and had to be operated in emergency. now i want to plan a baby. I am 26 yrs working girl my skin was acne free but this it gotten worse than my thoughts. I got some cyst kind of acne along the lower jaws portion on both rest face is clear. doc prescribed me with clindamycin with isotretinoin. personal only for 2 hrs along with ivorin20 and erythromycin. but no good results so far in fact their is red big acne on both sides. doc is saying it's gonna take 3 to 6 months.
