My husband was recently diagnosed with a thoracic aortic dilation of 4.2 during a preop echocardiogram. Cat scan was also done. No evidence of dissection. He is having bilateral knee replacement on January 17. His cardiologist has cleared him for surgery for both knees. Should we be getting a second opinion. I should mention he is 67 years old, no evidence of heart blockages, no diabetes.

Hi, I am 28years old and married 4years ago. I am trying to concieve. I am having PCOS and lil high prolactin. I have done the follicle study 3times and all the 3times egg was released but no success in getting preg. This time too my doctr gave me initial 5days siphine 100mg tablets and did scanning till 14th day however i was having multiple small follicles. Doctor told me this time chances for releasing egg is less however i will get my period on time. Now it is 40th day and i have done home preg test but negative. Hi , on a routine dental check up my doctor suggested that I might have Candida on my Tongue . My tongue looked normal to me , I didn't notice any unusual "white stuff" on it but the test was done afterwards at my GP and results came back positive for candida . My doctor prescribed Daktarin . I was using it for one week - and instead to get cured my tongue is now obviously infected by candida and covered in white . It looks much worse since I used Daktarin for one week . It looked normal before . I did not use antibiotics , I'm not hiv positive , I'm not taking any other medications or known conditions . I do work hard and I'm under lot of stress all the time .
