i had sex with my girlfriend on 20 dec 2012,after that i gave her a unwanted 72 pill,but her period came on 26 dec 2012,then her period again came on 9 january 2013, which is normal date of periodes in month,i want to know is it anything serious?

Hi, Till now nothing seems to be alarming she is having her normal due period. You just have to ask her about the flow(during current period), number of days(of current period) and if any pain(with her period) accompanying her . If everything is normal,the way she has it every month then nothing seems to be alarming and if any of the above three thing are not normal then she should have a check up. My wife had a HSG Test done w/ x-rays 4 days ago. Last night she was complaining about a sharp pain in the lower left quadrant of her lower abdomen. She said it was very painful and was not going away or becoming less intense. By the time for today came, she was complaining about the pain, it being 5/5 at times. She described this pain as a sharp stabbing constant pain. However, now the pain is radiating around the lower left of her abdomen to her lower left back. The area is very tender and the pain spikes even when slightly pushed on in both the areas, abdomen and lower back. Is this a common side-effect of having the HSG Test? Especially if both of her tubes are blocked and she has been diagnosed with Endometriosis. Please help me figure this out so I know whether or not she needs to be seen at a hospital.

Hi, By telling that she also has fever,one thing is confirmed that she has an infection. Now if she has problem in her micturition too then either the infection is in her urinary tract or the pelvis which will have to be seen first and then an antibiotic can be started. Hi!! The pain after getting an HSG test done,will not come after 4-5 days as you have described,rather this pain is probably due to other causes. Pain due to endometriosis is present more just before the onset of menses and during menses. Kindly review with your nearest hospital about the cause of the pain which may be due to renal colic ,ureteric colic,etc ...

Hi, Usually disfigurement is seen in rheumatoid arthritis and not osteoarthritis and specially acute changes are seen only in rheumatoid arthritis and not osteoarthritis. My Kid is 9 months old but she is underweight by 3 Kgs. Her current weight is 5.9 but she is active!!! As of now, we are giving Similac Stage 2 but her consumption is very very less. Hi, There are never clots in stools due to digestion problems,and the clots might be coming from vagina which she might be confusing that blood is coming from her anus. As clots in stools are also not very common. I would advice you to go for an ultrasound again for fetal well being,or to confirm it first that blood clots again come from stools if that is so then i would tell you for more tests like stool microscopic examination or more tests might be needed to be done. 1. My grand daughter 2 yrs of age having severe lose motion or diarrhea for the last 4 days and passing watery yellowish stool every 5 to 10 minutes. Had slight temperature max 101.5 Deg F, for the first two days. Now there is no temperature. 2. She is being hydrated and has been passing urine occasionally. She is 11kg by weight. 3. Urine and stool tests have been carried out. There is no infection. 4. Urine : Albumin- Trace, Ketone Bodies-Present +, Red Bllod Cells-Absent, Puss Cell-4-5/HPF, Epithelial Cells-2-3/HPF 5. Stool: reducing substances- Present +, Puss cells – 2-3/HPF, Epithelial cells-Occasional. (Oval Cysts not seen) 6. Local doctor says she will be all right but her watery stool continues unabated and we are extremely worried. She is losing her body weight and becoming cranky. Her skin around anus has become swollen & reddish. 7. She has been put on liquid O2 Suspension from today (Ofloxacin and Orindazole) 8. Please let us know: a. How can we stop the lose motion of such high frequency. b. Is O2 has some side effect? Do you suggest any other medicine c. Is it normal that such watery stool can continue for such log time? d. Please advice what should be done now.

Thanks for your query Since your granddaughter is having such high frequency of loose motions,she may become dehydrated anytime,so please take her to a health facility and get her examined.She might need admission and fluid drip.Till the time being please give her ORS solutions to drink 100 ml after each loose stool.She is having reducing substances in her stools which suggest she is having osmotic diarrhoea most likely due to lactose intolerance so avoid milk in her diet till she recovers.Stoo ...
