Hi, The foreskin on my penis is quite tight and I am not able to retract that easily. I am in a planning for marriage in next 2 - 3 months. So any resolution for the above problem? I have checked for options and came to know that Circumcision can be an option but worried about the process of removal of complete foreskin. I personally feel that foreskin is a very sensitive part of penis comprised of vital sex nerves, which helps to release sensual felling during masturbation/sexual activity but as the part of process to circumcision surgery, the foreskin need to be cut away so, worried that, without foreskin how I can get sexual sensation in future or during foreplay? How penis reacts after removal of foreskin for sexual activities? Is it true circumcision surgery really reduces some level sexual sensitivity from penis? Please help me on above queries. Hi, Usually tight fore skin indicates that you either had phimosis or infection or scarring of your fore skin,which has to be removed now. in jan end there was unprotected sex on 03 april i felt burning sensation on my penis ,on 04 april i was diagnosed for uti by surgeon as there was 1-2 pus cell in my urine and prescribed with antibiotic for a week. it did not give me relief i refered to a urologist and told him everything, he has diagnosed me for prostattitus after physical examination and my semen culture showed no growth,but pus cells 4-6hpf the urologist said there is no STI . he has prescribed me the foll doxy 100mg twice daily for 15 days lenoflox 500 once daily for 4 weeks t.alfoo 10mg one daily for 3 months it has been 15 days since i am having the med but the burning sensation comes often on the right bottom of the head of my penis with no other symptom .what can be the possible reason there is no discharge/rashes on my genitals only this burning sensation pl tell me if i need to show to some other urologist or is it that i have an std which the urologist could not diagnose if so then whom should i consult and what all test of std should i conduct .the urologist has said that i do not require any STD test as i have simple prostatits but the fear of std is troubling me or do i need to consult a pshycatrist pl help

I might have liked to give some other medicines,but then the doctor might have noticed something on your examination to give you this medicine. hi I just delivered on 8/06/2013 n was blessed by a baby boy.my stiches have been dissolved but there is still sensitivity and also some times itchy I was given silverex ionic 2% gel silver nitrate can I still continue putting that any side effects also I had got constipated after 2 weeks after my delivery n because of the force that was put I have got cuts in my rectum because of which its difficult for to sit stand and even sleep at times.its been more then a week now.can u please sub crib something for the cut and pain I'm breast feeding also now I get motions properly but after that I get lots of pain. please help

Hi, Yes that is why i prescribed you with syrup lactulose so that you pass a litlle soft stools and if there is any fissure in rectum that gets time to heal up and yes that syrup is fine when you are lactating. But that should be taken for not more than seven days and also you should take high fiber rich diet. Hai dr. I have small query... my son s one n half year old. recently he faced problem to pass urine .later we took urine test n urine culture. It came ecoli as 10power 4 cols. So my pediatrician suggested to do circumcision as it's foreskin s too tight. One Month back we did circumcision to him. We gave antibiotic course for 15 days. Surgery place s completely healed. For the past three days i could see sometimes my son s passing urine in a flow and then little drops after 5 mts. Need to know is this normal or not.?.
