hi,
Your teeth show good amount of bone loss.please get your scaling and polishing of teeth done annually or six monthly ,as per what your dentist suggests you. a full mouth xray ( OPG) will give you a fair idea about the bone level in your upper and lower jaws.he might suggest u gum surgery (periodontal surgery) if required in your case.
The lower (6&7) that's first and second molars show fillings done already ,out of which the second molar shows secondary decay beneath it.please get them checked for any de-bondings or leakages that could give you sensitivity in those particular teeth.
your lower 2nd premolar shows a cervical decay.please get that checked also.if a filling could be done ,get it **url** case it's a too deep of a cavity, your dentist will suggest you root canal treatment with subsequent cap(crown).
also please continue using a good Desensitizing toothpaste on daily basis.
do not switch to any other regular toothpaste.
if possible dry your teeth a bit and apply this toothpaste for a couple of minutes in those areas where you get sensitivity ,later brush your teeth with the same toothpaste .

Hello
Go for restoration of lower 2nd Premolar.
Also start using Sensodyne repair & protect tooth paste (apply on your teeth for 10 mins) twice a day for a month.
