ur x ray reveals that thr are restorations on lower tooth no 6 &7 thr r radiolucency under restorations that may b becoz of secondary caries. i think u should get those restorations checked by dentist whether they r proper or not how old r these restorations whether they need redoing
in ur lower tooth no 5 thr is cervical abrasions.that can b the cause of sensitivity. u sud get restoration done over it
u can also use a desensitizing paste,

There is decay in your premolar which might be the main cause of sensitivity. Also you have generalized bone loss i.e. initiation of pyorrhea.
Treatment:
-restoration in premolar
-scaling

hello Mohamed tooth sensitivity can be due to decay in your second premolar tooth. So you need to go for dental check up again
Restoration in second premolar
Restoration after removing old feeling if there is secondary decay in old restoration
take xray for upper premolars

Teeth sensitivity can have many reasons like caries, gum reccession, attrition / erosion of teeth, crack tooth syndrome,defective enamel in teeth (hypoplastic enamel) besides other. You need to check all these factors with the help of a good dentist and get help in reducing/eliminating dental sensitivity. Good luck to you ..

use tooth paste having potassium nitrate.After brushing apply same paste on affected area.

for emergency go for sensitive paste .then go to dentist the cause of sensitive and do the treatment

check to see if there any dental caries considering the age it may be your cause of sensitivity if otherwise use medicated toothpaste like sensodyne vist your dentist
