My gums have been bleeding on my lower front four teeth for the past couple of days. Now I have started using listerine, it seemed to be working but now I have white soft scabs appearing where the gums were bleeding. I thought it was bacteria but every time I clean them off the gums it starts bleeding again. Any advice on what I should do?

my problem is related to glan penis(head). my penis is cut(circumcised. i can see wrinkles on my glans penis and due to this it's look odd and dark in normal stage. i am fair but the colour of penis is black. thas fine. but not sure why the glan penis is wrinkled and looking odd, dull black colour. doctor advised me to use triglow cream.but when im using this cream regularly the pigment is lightening.there is small light brown marks in face now,doctr has told me to review surgery after 3 months.i am afraid to use d cream because it is a steroid..and also already in my face there is d marks of surgery.if im doing d surgery and the marks increases means..i dont know wat i need to do.whether i can make my face clean?please give me a suggestion.

i had a perianal abscess operation around 5 weeks back. I have been off antibiotics and the regular dressings for around 10 days. However, I still have pain around that area as well as regular little discharge of pus from the wound. . The histopathology report mentioned the following: Nature of Material received: Left perineal abscess wall Gross description: Received a single greyish brown congested irregular ring 1.7 x 1.5 x 1 cm Microscopic description: Biopsy shows fibrosis in skeletal muscle and adipose tissue. Hi, If you still have pain and pus discharge around that area then , either the infection is there again because it was not cleared properly( the pus drainage was not done properly ) or either it might have formed again because you might be having some co exsistent problem which probably went un diagnosed . hi bobby, your perianal abscess surgery would take atleast 2-3 weeks to heal and slowly the soreness and pain will come down day by day as the wound heals. regular dressings especially after motions is the key to successful healing. The very fact that your pus c/s report mentions E.coli, I just want to make you aware that these bacteria are from the large intestine.
