I want you to please guide me that which suppliment I should take. Actually I want myself to look healthy bcz I have a slim look. I want that type of suppliment that really gives me the best output. Don't care about the price of the suppliment, just suggest me that suppliment which would give me the best output and the effect of that suppliment should not fall down after 1 or 2 years. I want that suppliment whose effect lasts for a long time and once again I remind u that please don't care about the price. The suppliment should not have any side effect. And what should I do with this suplliment that I have bought today only this new one, should I take this or not??? And please suggest me the diet chart as well, what should be my diet in daily routine.

you should take your supplements post workout. start with a mass gainer (other than endura, you can take any eg: by muscletech, QNT, ultimate nutrition are the better ones). if you can not able to take the entire quantity of scoop size mention at one time, you can take half ofthe quantity mentioned twice. please tell me how to remain Alert and fit , I do exercise daily , pushups and pulps,6 set of 10 each but still can't effect on muscles even though I can't do workout next day, I have also tried protein shake but of no use , it is heavy on my heart , I drink occasionally , please tell me some ayurvedic supplement which pancake on regular basis with no side effect.

Doctor advised me to inhale sereflo 250mg to prevent breathing problem and swelling of stomach,I have used for 1year,I had no problems.But for the last 2 months i am getting severe throat pain and head ache.When i stopped inhaling sereflo i have no throat pain. Can i stop sereflo permanently?

Hi, Yes you can stop seroflo,but you will be needed to be changed by seroflo with some other inhaler which does not irritate your throat(that can be first option),although if you are taking seroflo directly even then throat pain pain or infection can be caused you may use a spacer to take seroflo if you are not using spacer even that may reduce chances of throat infection(this is the second option).
