i have scabies since a month, and used permethirin 2 times in 7 days difference with the doctor support, i felt relief day before yesterday but today i have more tiny bumps on my back they all are new.. what to do ? should i sit in sunlight ? i m already using neem oil 3times a day, with votex oral treatment.

Sorry looks like the answer did not post in its entirety. Continuing where it leaves off: Tab Ivermectin (Stromectol) 12 mg (if body wt>60 kgs), 9 mg (if body wt<60 kgs) - taken once now and once 7 days later (take on empty stomach). This is not essential but increases cure rates. Your doctor would need to prescribe it for you. hi i have a female friend , she used to to smoke Hookah tobacco for 3 months then suddenly she stopped smoking , now she feels heart pain (heart beats faster ), chest pain (hard to breath and some timed coughs blood ) and back pain when she went to the hospital the doctor said you must stop smoking hookah gradually not stop suddenly so what do u recommend and is it true that this is the only solution for this problem ? or is there some kind of pills or medical solution? i don't her to smoke again cause if she tries again she may be addicted again to hookah tobacco so please i want a better solution then this solution

Hi, Since you have not told me about the age of the patient ,with only history available that she was a smoker,following might be the causes - - Bronchitis - Brochiectasis - Lung carcinoma - Pneumonia For all of these you will have to leave smoking.You may quit smoking suddenly but doctors at might not recommend it because this might suddenly lead to dropping of hormone levels in blood which might cause depression. can I continue the use Mintop forte 5 % for my pattern baldness ? i have been using this since last 01 month & noticed the growth of bew hairs on my scalp . But of late I am developing insomnia , stomach gas during the night leading to increased heartbeat + increased BP ( happened once during last 01 month ) . Pls. advise . Regards

Hi, If you start using minoxidil(mintop) once then you can' stop it else it is of no use. If you are facing such symptoms like stomach gas,insomnia,increased bp and increased heart beatthen you should go complete medical check up. If you are facing symptoms like stomach gas and constipation they may lead to gastritis. You can have tablet pantoprazole once daily before breakfast along with a good routine. Hi . I have hypothyroidism amd taking thyronorm 25mcg. I also was diagnosed with pcod last year but the gynaec adviced no treatment saying it sometimes happen temporarily. My periodsare currently normal n regural. but i am still suffering from hair loss..throigh internet research i have concluded that i have female.pattern hairloss.currently I am taking follihair and felol z tablets along with mintop lotion. at night. Hi, Intially when you start taking treatment for hair loss it can result in incresed hair loss for a intial few days,this is not the point for worry but since you have started using minoxidil for hair growth it will have to be used till the time you need hair. Hello I am 27years female and have diagonised sacralazation l5-s1 three months ago.I have gone through various physiotherapies like excercises, ultrasound and eletctric heat therapies...to some extent these therapy help to relief my back pain.but not for the longer time..now I am doing low level laser therapy in the hope to get relief from this back pain permanently.I am recommended to do this laser therapy for 10days and just completed 3days course of this laser therApy.. It seems like its working to relief pain..I am given the medicines like zanid and neurobions forte now for 20days... What i actually want to know is will this laser therapy help to relief from the back pain permanently? I am so much worried about my upcoming married life,sex life and pregnancies too..
