Contraindicated! Pacemaker controls heart rate and rhythm, does whatever it can do to keep regular, normal heartbeat. Any recrational drug act on heart rate by different mechanisms (for example ecstasy dilate veins and less blood goes to heart and heart needs to work faster to pump enough blood for body), so it does absolutely opposite thing, that of course will act on pacemaker's work. Pacemaker tries to correct "mistakes" in the heart, Molly in contrary will make more and more mistakes and pacemaker won't be able to control all of them. Nothing is 100%, but you should take care of your health and don't put yourself under high risk!
