Hi,
Did you have any trauma or is this problem in your leg a chronic problem.
Is there any restriction to movement or extension of your legs.
Do you have any fever ?
Did you under go any x-ray ?
If any other investigation you have please let me know, these are very non specific investigations just indicating that there is some kind of inflamation in your body.
Describe your symptoms in detail.

Hi,
So that indicates that your raised esr is due to some infection and now the site of infection has to be determined, now else any other symptom like throat pain or an other difficulty in breathing or any sneezing or cough ?
If these symptoms are not there then the site of infection is your joint,if your rest blood reports like tlc and other don't reveal anything then we will get your mri done or if there are no symptoms out of above then you can visit a orthopaedic clinic to get your self checked up to confirm that there is nothing serious.
Vit d3 and calcium are just supportive medicines,do you have any difficulty in walking or any thimg or may be you have any x-ray report or mri report then message the report.
