hi i have a female friend , she used to to smoke Hookah tobacco for 3 months then suddenly she stopped smoking , now she feels heart pain (heart beats faster ), chest pain (hard to breath and some timed coughs blood ) and back pain when she went to the hospital the doctor said you must stop smoking hookah gradually not stop suddenly so what do u recommend and is it true that this is the only solution for this problem ? or is there some kind of pills or medical solution? i don't her to smoke again cause if she tries again she may be addicted again to hookah tobacco so please i want a better solution then this solution

Hi, Since you have not told me about the age of the patient ,with only history available that she was a smoker,following might be the causes - - Bronchitis - Brochiectasis - Lung carcinoma - Pneumonia For all of these you will have to leave smoking.You may quit smoking suddenly but doctors at might not recommend it because this might suddenly lead to dropping of hormone levels in blood which might cause depression. I am writing this on behalf of my mother , she is 57 years old and recently he bones of feet are getting disfigured as well as she feel extreme pain in her hands. sometime even her left hand gets bend automatically with extreme pain. Hi, Usually disfigurement is seen in rheumatoid arthritis and not osteoarthritis and specially acute changes are seen only in rheumatoid arthritis and not osteoarthritis. yes it is injurious to health . Gutkha contains betel nuts,tobacco,lime,catechu and permitted spices and flavours. I am post menopausal (for 4 years). 2 weeks ago, after ONLY urinating, and only wiping the front, there has been a ~2-inch gob of brown goo on the toilet paper. My doctor sent me to the ER in the event is was stool - I had a rectocele repair 2 years ago. It was not stool. ER referred me to an OB-GYN who examined me and did a biopsy and said everything looked normal. Then it happened again last night. It smells bad, so I had presumed it was stool, but obviously it is not. I am also having cramps (for the past 3-4 months) which I've mentioned to my primary care doctor. Is this anything to be concerned about or just normal post-menopause junk coming out? Thank you.

hi, considering you had undergone a rectocele repair 2 years ago, there are high chances that this discharge me be stool unless proved otherwise. This may come due to a condition called Recto-vaginal fistula. You need to send the discharge coming out from the vagina for 'Culture and Antibiotic Sensitivity' testing. On few occasions during the first day of my menstruation cycle, I get SEVERE cramps and my hands go absolutely numb and freeze up to the point where I can't move my fingers at all. I break out into a cold sweat and breathe rapidly. This lasts about an hour. Always on my first day, and I've gotten these episodes ever since I started menstruating since I was 13.
