I am 34 yrs old. I daily work on my computer for 8-9 hrs . when i come back home , i have pain in my lower back region. i usually have to take painkillers for relief. I have this backache for the the last 3 months. kindly suggest how to get rid of this back pain?

Dear patient You are suffering from Postural low backache.Nothing to worry about.you have to take care of your posture. Do not work continuously on computer . take a 5 min break after every 1 hour. Don't sit on a reclining chair but on a office chair. take muscle relaxant such as metaxolone , apply topical analgesics at your back after hot water fomentation.you should be alright within 7 days with these medications and precautions. but if pain persists , then visit your orthopaedic surgeon for ...

Hi, As far as I know the two can be used together (melacare hc and brevoxyly cream face wash). It is just that you should not have any kind of allergy to brevoxyly cream face wash. First use only brevoxyly cream and if you have breathing difficulty,swelling of lips,face and throat,skin redness,burning,or dryness,then don't use it further but otherwise there should not be any worry. Now I am 10 weeks pregnant and my doctor is saying that USG is showing that the foetus is 9 weeks old and no such limbs are seen in the foetus. Doctor advised to take Injection CORION 5000IU weekly and ARGIPREG Sachet -1 sachet daily with other regular Tablets like ASA 50(1 daily), SYSFOL PLUS (2tab daily) and DUBAGEST-200(1 daily). Doctor is suspecting the foetus is of poor growth and poor liquor. Doctor said to take Injection for 3 weeks and if any improvements are not found then, I have to discontinue my pregnancy, but I am not in a mood to take such decision. Please guide me if I can carry my pregnancy and what shall I do now?

your case is one of high risk pregnancy as you have had one previous still birth.
