Hi bunso,
SGPT is a liver enzyme and raised level indicate hepatocellular damage. There may be any injury or infection in your liver. What about the other liver function test like S. Bilirubin, PT, hepatitis viral markers etc? If you haven't done those, do it. And, there is no drug to reduce the SGPT level without treating the cause. Thanks.
