PAST HISTORY : I am R.A suffered patient with SLE and DLE and once I took treatment from u at AR Hospital, Maduai. Due to some reasons I couldn't able to to follow. Please give me an appointment on 25th December pereferably after 11.00 a.m and I will pay consulting fee in person

first of all there is no such term as " gum decay"
either it's a tooth decay or a gum swelling.
I advice you to visit your Dentist and get your teeth checked .
Always make it a point that you visit your dentist for a routine check up.

the swelling may be due to decay of the teeth or the gum might be infected.if the tooth is decayed you will have to go for root canal treatment,if the swelling is due to infected gums you might have to go for scaling and root planing.visit your nearby dentist.

ok Bhuvaneshwari i can understand your question and also you suffering from other disease
mostly many patient complaints same thing and treatment require root canal
some patient need tooth extractions if tooth is badly carious, 3rd molar
few patient need gum treatment

Swelling on your cheek indicates some infection in that region ,so do visit your dentist immediately
