Cheek swelling may be due to infected gums or in combination with a bad decayed tooth. Diagnosis has to be made with the help of a full mouth xray ie:opg. For the time being you can start with any anti inflammatory pain killer and antibiotic along with a good mouthwash. I would suggest that you visit your dentist for proper treatment. Regards

Swelling is generally due to some infection present. Ideally yes an antibiotic along with some pain killers can used be used treat the same. However the cause of the problem has to be asserted first whether the teeth have some infection or the gums etc. A clinical observation needs to be done before any treatment is suggested. kindly do not take any antibiotics randomly since you have indicated u have SLE. You need to see a dentist personally along with entire medical prescription before anything is started.
