I m suffering ringworm infection from last 1 year and doctor suggested me to use cloben g cream.. Hence no result come out there...and causes me redness and dry skin of my face

Hello Mam, I am 25 and my inner tighs and vaginal area are very dark in color. I have consulted doctor about the dark color of inner tighs and she suggested me to use SPARKEL cream (hydroquinone, tretinoin and mometasone furote cream). I am using it from past 1 week and sometimes when the skin peel off it burns. I use the same cream at night. Suggest me some cream that can be applied during the day time to avoid the pain caused by the cream. Can I use it on my vagina too?? Or Is there any other cream available which I can use on my vaginal area to improve the color? Apart from it I want to increase my breast size. Kindly suggest me some cream or oil/lotion that can help me in the same.

Hi, I am experiencing a redness on my face after using melas in the night. I use a good sunscreen SPF 30 everyday. I used melas cream coz i hv developed hyperpigmentation on my forehead and cheeks. Will the redness subside on its own.. Or is there something I need to do... Plz suggest

Period has been off cycle the past few months, it came after 38 days. Before my period came, I had thicker grey/white discharge than normal with no odor and did not look like cottage cheese. It did not itch. It seemed normal, just more than usual. I then had a normal menses. I decided to start Lo Loestrin birth control on day 3 of my menses. During the last day of my menses (day 4/5) when the blood was lighter/brown, I started having intense itching especially after urinating and wiping. I just assumed it was from using a new type of pad and possibly due to hormonal changes because of the birth control. I also felt like my vagina was more dry than usual. The itching became less intense but I still felt more dry than usual. I had sexual intercourse a few days later and he caused a tear. I then noticed hours later that on my labia minora an ulcer had developed. It basically looks like the same type of canker sore you get in your mouth. My vagina is still quite dry. It burns when I pee and the sore is uncomfortable. I also have a tear at my vaginal opening. I don't think it is herpes. There was no pustules or groups of pustules. There is no scabbing. There are no other ulcers. I have never had herpes before. I have never had a sore like this before. I was fully tested one year ago for all STDs and HIV and came back negative. I'm just not sure what to do. I'm assuming I have to go get tested again just to make sure, but unfortunately I do not have insurance and most free clinics only check for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and HIV. Hoping to get an idea of what I should do. Also, hoping for some differentials.

Hi madam, My mom have spread black spot @ face. its haps before 2 month. We appoint to the doctor and the doctor advice us to take melacare,lenova cream but the black spot are not removing. Well by using melacare cream her black spot are removing but the skin become red. Also without applying that cream when she is going to sun rays, it started burning. once by applying it used to remove but after some days again it come back. We used lot of cream but no result.please please please help us.

Hi i am Shiv. Age 23, height 175 cm and weight 68 kg. From past 2 years i have the problem of excessive clear mucus by nose, i feel the presence of thick clear mucus in my mouth and throat.When i take the anti allergitic medicine Ebast M then i find that my running nose has stopped but medicine creates another side effect like dry eyes, dry mouth, indigestion. But now i stop to take Ebast M but i m suffering from all the problems excessive clear mucus by nose, in mouth and throat, dry eyes, dry mouth, indigestion. I did the all medical tests viz blood test, urine test, stool test, thyroid test, x ray of nose, sonography of stomach and kidney before 3 months. All the tests were normal. I am too tired and nervous because of all this problem. Plz help me

Hello Sir, My name is Sheetal Mansinghka, mother of Siddh Mansinghka (DOB 29/11/2008). We are currently in Dearborn, Detroit, United States. We got your reference from a friend over here who is from Delhi. We had a few questions regarding our child Siddh, let me start with giving a brief history about him. He was a pre-term baby born at the 8th month and his birth weight was 1.854 Kg. Since I have a medical condition I was on medication during the time he was born, I could not give him my milk and he was totally on top feed (formula milk) all throughout. Since he was 9 months which is when he had his first attack of “Croup”, he was after that for a year in and out of hospital for frequent “Croup” attacks. The frequency would be around 4-5 times a year. When he was around 3 years he had pneumonia as well. we were living in dubai then. We moved to india when he was around 3.50 years old, he was on homeopathic treatment for around 1.50 years during which time he had a croup attack just once. Once the homeopathic treatment was stopped the croup reoccur, and he continues to have this croup attack even now. Since he is grown up now the severity of the attacks is low and it is not serious anymore as it used to be when he 1 to 4 years. He usually recovers with once a day dose of “prednisolone” for 3 days. When we were in india last year in Chennai the pediatrician suggested us to see an ENT which we showed him to and who diagnosed him with “Laryngomalacia”. He said he will grow out of it around 8 years of age. The pediatrician at Fortis Chennai hospital asked us to basically give our child time and asked us to leave him alone and not go in for too many treatments for him. He said he will outgrow his issues with age. Another issue with him is that he is short in height and also weighs less. His height currently is 100 cm. and weight is 15.4 Kgs. The doctor over here i.e. Dr. Fratterrelli at Oakwood hospital took a wrist x-ray of his and he thinks that his age per the bones is around 3.50 years. He has referred us to an endocrinologist practicing at Beaumont hospital here. The endocrinologist got the blood tests done which we were told were normal and he has now scheduled us for a “Growth stimulation test” to be done for my son. We wanted to consult you and get your opinion on: a) Should we go for the growth hormone stimulation test? b) How can we help our son outgrow all these issues and help him grow fast? His growth is relatively slow. c) What should we do so that he lives a normal life in the future since he was not on breast feed as a child and which we are told can cause issues in the future?
