If required you can get that tooth removed since you have completed more than 4 months of pregnancy. It is safe to remove tooth during the 2nd trimester ( 14 weeks to 26 weeks). Avoid high dosage of antibiotics and pain killers. Consult your gynaecologist before taking medicines. You can also try RE-RCT by an endodontist

Antibiotic, Augmentin 625 is the safe drug for root canal treatment . Analgesics such as acetaminophen (T. Crocin) when required might also help reduce pain . Get your root canal treatment completed if pain worsens.
