suffering from Insomnia for the last 4 years presently, I am using Zolfresh 10 as sleeping media. but i am not getting proper sleep even after taking the tablet. since last 6 months, i am taking this tab during the day also,,, but NO firm results kindly suggest ne to overcome the sleeping disorder

Hi, Are you stressed up due to some thing ? Well even if you are loosing sleep is no solution to it and you should have a good sleep for your self. Now I am 10 weeks pregnant and my doctor is saying that USG is showing that the foetus is 9 weeks old and no such limbs are seen in the foetus. Doctor advised to take Injection CORION 5000IU weekly and ARGIPREG Sachet -1 sachet daily with other regular Tablets like ASA 50(1 daily), SYSFOL PLUS (2tab daily) and DUBAGEST-200(1 daily). Doctor is suspecting the foetus is of poor growth and poor liquor. Doctor said to take Injection for 3 weeks and if any improvements are not found then, I have to discontinue my pregnancy, but I am not in a mood to take such decision. Please guide me if I can carry my pregnancy and what shall I do now?

your case is one of high risk pregnancy as you have had one previous still birth. I get this attack of PSVT once in a while - after 4 years - the heart rate goes up substantially. I am on Calaptin 120 and Corderone - one tab. each everyday for the last 4 years. I was little irregular on medicine recently and then this attack. I am looking at an option of operation in Delhi.

Hi, In PSVT surgery is recommended only if you are not controlled on drugs,however you told that you have been a little irregular on drugs.I don't find any reason why you should undergo surgery if you are controlled by drugs or if you have not even tested for all the drugs,because there are still options to change the drugs or increase the dose of drugs before you try the surgical option. in jan end there was unprotected sex on 03 april i felt burning sensation on my penis ,on 04 april i was diagnosed for uti by surgeon as there was 1-2 pus cell in my urine and prescribed with antibiotic for a week. it did not give me relief i refered to a urologist and told him everything, he has diagnosed me for prostattitus after physical examination and my semen culture showed no growth,but pus cells 4-6hpf the urologist said there is no STI . he has prescribed me the foll doxy 100mg twice daily for 15 days lenoflox 500 once daily for 4 weeks t.alfoo 10mg one daily for 3 months it has been 15 days since i am having the med but the burning sensation comes often on the right bottom of the head of my penis with no other symptom .what can be the possible reason there is no discharge/rashes on my genitals only this burning sensation pl tell me if i need to show to some other urologist or is it that i have an std which the urologist could not diagnose if so then whom should i consult and what all test of std should i conduct .the urologist has said that i do not require any STD test as i have simple prostatits but the fear of std is troubling me or do i need to consult a pshycatrist pl help

Hi, The medicines you are having are fine and have to be taken for 15 more days and you may feel further better. I might have liked to give some other medicines,but then the doctor might have noticed something on your examination to give you this medicine. You can get tested for hiv for safety sake and your concern. Only animal studies have confirmed that there are risks to the fetus and results are thus applicable to human studies. Drugs like cifran affect joints of developing fetus if taken for prolonged periods in pregnancy.Whether the fetus is getting affected or not in your case cannot be said with absolute certainty as there are no studies to show that effect of this drug is visible in 100% cases or in such early pregnancy cifran has any effect.Also,there can be other factors affecting the pregnancy ...
