Pterygium is very common in tropical countries.
it can be removed with a simple surgery, and the recurrence rate is very less when combined with conjunctival autograft with tissue glue application.
post operative recovery period can vary from 2-3 weeks.
one can resume normal work after 7-10 days.

If it is disturbing you so much , you should get it removed with free conjunctival autografting to prevent recurrence. Protect you eyes from sun, wind, dust.

Pterygium is non curable with any medicine and the only treatment is surgical removal, so go for surgery as soon as possible as larger the growth larger the scar after the removal and more larger the growth compromise with the vision of the eye.

It can be easily removed easily by minor surgery. Why are you suffering a lot unnecesserily. Recurrence is common but conjunctival grafting with use of MMC can reduce chances of recurrence. Get it done without any second thought. Off course from a qualified ophthalmic surgeon.
