Hi Doctor, I am trying to conceive this month i forgot to take siphene is it safe to take siphene on 4th day . I have h/o ectopic pregnany .

Hello there. You can take siphene on 4th day. Clomiphene Citrate (Siphene) can be started anytime from 2nd to 5th day of menstrual cycle. Studies show that it can still cause ovullation.

Hello Doc I am diagnosed for PCOS ,TTC with siphene 100mg. On the 13th day of my periods the follicular study shows Right 8.3X8mm ,left 9.9X7.2 mm, i was not convinced with the scan report due to some reasons which i faced during my previous scan ,so went for another ultrasound scan from another hospital on the 14th day of my periods. The folicular size on 14th day shows Right :10.6x7.6mm and Left 14.9X9.4mm My question here is how can the follicules in a day grow from 9.9x7.2mm to 14.9X9.4 mm? and are there any chances for me to concieve this time with follicules 14.9x9.4 mm on the 14th day by an HCG shot at the right time ? and taking ultrasound scans many times is of any harm ????

Hi, Ideally if some one has a regular cycle(periods) the follicle should be mature and ready to rupture on thirteenth day,size of a mature follicle is around 20-21mm when it ruptures. It depends why metformin is given to you if the only cause is pcod and is just given for this then it would be stopped after you conceive,but if you have type 2 diabetes(insulin resistance) along with pcod then it would be continued life long. i have a history of 6 yrs of PCOS with high levels of Serum Prolactin around 94-120. my height is 5.6 ft & weight 65kgs. i have hyper pigmentation patches on cheeks due to hormonal problem. i had concieved a healthy baby in year 2011 after my marriage which I aborted medically due to personal reasons. last year i concieved a tubal ectopic pregnancy which unknowingly ruptured in fallopian tube and had to be operated in emergency. now i want to plan a baby. Plz suggest some ayurvedic medicine for PCOS and fertility as Im tired of taking allopathic medicine like cabergolin with only temporary relief.

Hi. My skin is sore around the top of my left thigh I am around 7 to 8 weeks pregnant also been having stinging pains around the left hand side of my vagina at the top of my groin I don't have my first midwife appointment until Tuesday could you tell me if this is normal please as I didn't get any of this in my first pregnany thank you Emma

Vasmol33 contains ammonia and peroxide. But coloring hair with it should not cause problem with ur fetus as very minimal or negligible amount gets absorbed through the scalp. If u r so much concerned u can avoid it in first 3 months of ur pregnancy or u can use Super Vasmol33 which does not have either ammonia or peroxide. ...

Hi , on a routine dental check up my doctor suggested that I might have Candida on my Tongue . My tongue looked normal to me , I didn't notice any unusual "white stuff" on it but the test was done afterwards at my GP and results came back positive for candida . My doctor prescribed Daktarin . I was using it for one week - and instead to get cured my tongue is now obviously infected by candida and covered in white . It looks much worse since I used Daktarin for one week . It looked normal before . I did not use antibiotics , I'm not hiv positive , I'm not taking any other medications or known conditions . I do work hard and I'm under lot of stress all the time . Also I'm vegeterian and forgot to mention , I had Lymphoma Cancer and Chemotherapy but that was a long time ago ( 7 years ago ) Any idea why Daktarin is not working after one week of usage ? Because of chemotherapy for lymphoma many of them white blood cells that fights infection gets reduced making u immunocompromised, so u get infections with opportunistic bacteria or fungal. Please go for complete blood test to find wbc count and take physician opinion. ...
