If the swelling is persisting since 20 days, then it is less likely to be decreased by medications only. We have to exclude dental problems & gum swellings from pure lip swellings. You should better consult an ENT & Head Neck Surgeon (i.e ENT Specialist who also checks Head Neck cases).

If there is any history of accident then swelling will go gradually but if not there must be some infection present related to that area , opg required , You must go for any treatment otherwise it may damage more structures gradually..

If it is a pure lip swelling then it could be a cyst. In that case it would require surgery. Consult an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who will opine and give appropriate treatment
