Hi,
Definitely the symptoms you have described could be due to the drug you are having(which can cause dizziness, insomnia, vertigo, nausea, nervousness, headache) or the problem could also be due to some digestion.
Problems(acidity+some more problem) could also be due to lack of physical activity or some neurological problem(which I don't think right now that you are having.),with the history you gave me.
You did not tell me about whether you are obese or not,if yes then you are recommended to loose weight and you might go for changing your drug(you can start with loosing weight and acidity problems by diet and exercise and proper day night schedules and reducing stress and if these steps don't help you then you should go for changing your drug)
Ayurvedic drugs not recommended for blood pressure. For loosing weight you may follow the following advices
Eat a low-cholesterol, low-fat diet, which includes cottage cheese, fat-free milk, vegetables, poultry, and egg whites. Use monounsaturated oils such as olive, peanut, and canola oils or polyunsaturated oils such as corn, safflower, soy, sunflower, cottonseed, and soybean oils. Avoid foods with excess fat in them such as meat (especially liver and fatty meat), egg yolks, whole milk, cream, butter, shortening, pastries, cakes, cookies, gravy, peanut butter, chocolate, olives, potato chips, coconut, cheese (other than cottage cheese), coconut oil, palm oil, and fried foods.smoking should be stopped, all direct sugars should be reduced
You should also have a proper sleeping night time along with proper waking up time and have a proper breakfast and a light dinner and also do good aerobic exercises, yoga for reducing stress, all these things might seem to be stupid but are really helpful to you in long run.
