Nutritional deficiency, excessive stress & debilitating disease can cause ulcer. Exercise regularly. Have a balanced diet. Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Increase dietary intake of vitamin B, folic acid, iron and use of vitamin supplements etc under medical supervision if blood tests confirm low concentrations
Avoid irritating substances, such as…
o Tobacco
o Hot, spicy foods
o Alcoholic beverages
o Mouthwashes that contain alcohol
o Products high in acid, such as citrus fruits and juices
Kindly consult an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need Coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with Multivitamin cap, for five days in the morning after meals & antiseptic ointment or gel on the area of ulcer until then. Mouth sores are common and rarely cause complications. Most go away in about a week, but it’s important to monitor any mouth sores you develop. If you are concerned, or if the sore doesn’t seem to be healing, contact an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals.

Hi
If it is indeed an ulcer, the possible causes could be trauma from hypererupted upper wisdom tooth impinging upon the gum tissue overlying a partially erupted lower wisdom tooth. It could also be a chemical burn related to your khaini use. Please see a dentist or an oral & maxillofacial surgeon to allow a clinical evaluation, after which any necessary investigations maybe planned or ordered, and appropriate treatment discussed.

Just get an Xray done. Stop khaini. It could be traumatic ulcer too caused due to the upper wisdom tooth. If required you may have to get your wisdom teeth removed dependong on the Xray and diagnosis by your dentist
