i cant control my eating habit thats ways day by day i look fatty, how can i control that habit?

Drink 2 - 3 glass of water before you eat, carry vegetables like carrot, cucumber, tomato along with you all the time, when ever you feel tempted to eat, eat the vegetables you carry, all the best :-)
