Sir i am suffering from knee sweeling in my rt knee for 6 month,two times i hv removed water(aspiration) from it bt never found relief.some time it decrease and some time increase.all tests x rays,crp,esr are normal not yet i found any relief.4 years ago same problem were in my lft knee and dr. Removed 2 pieces(tissue) from lft knee which were found normal(non specific),till one month after surgery i couldn't bent knee even a little bit,i took physiotherapy by wax and till 9 months i could bent it onle 80% after 1.5 or 2 year i could bent it properly 100 bt with pain,still there is pain when i bent it proper,and also swelling in rt knee.Dr.'s Of hospital in which i get surgery 4 yrs ago said that same surgery will pass in rt knee,bt i am afraid because still there is pain in my lft knee,if i pass again surgery in rt knee i will face same problem of pain in my rt knee,please advice me sir if there another way to get treated without surgery like med. Or i should get treated by surgery,i am just 23 yr old boy,still there is whole life for me to live please help me.

My husband was recently diagnosed with a thoracic aortic dilation of 4.2 during a preop echocardiogram. Cat scan was also done. No evidence of dissection. He is having bilateral knee replacement on January 17. His cardiologist has cleared him for surgery for both knees. Should we be getting a second opinion. I should mention he is 67 years old, no evidence of heart blockages, no diabetes.

my age is 58 years residing at calcutta. when i was returning by train On 13.2.13 a copassanger fall down on my knee by slipping from upper berth. i sustained injury on my legament of left knee. after MRI it is revieled that bone bruise is seen in upper end of tibia and patella with tear of anterior cruciate ligament, medial colleral ligament and posterior horn of medial meniscus. Effussion is seen.changes of chondromalacia patella also present.now leg is bending 90 degree after wax bath and IFT .need surgery or automatically will cure please your valuable opinion? i went for my complete body checkup.every thing was fine except my liver,the sgot and sgpt,billirubin was fine but my ggtp was high about 121.even my sugar level H1Blc was 5.5 with very low medication . i am taking metformin 250 gms two times daily after meals.another problem i am facing is lack of sleep for which i am taking 1mg of alprax every day.but still i am not able to sleep.I have to mention that i am a successful businessmen with stressful life.please suggest something

Hi, Your raised ggt is simply because of alcohol,and should not be of a problem if your other tests are all fine and within normal range.Just try and reduce your alcohol. Sleep deprivation is a big problem and i think all the steps must have already been taken by you but still let you know again. Hi.. Im 24 yr old male. i have an habit of masturbation. i think in my school 8th class i did masturbation first time. After a year it became a habit for me. iâ€™m very much ashamed of having this habit. After doing masturbation, I hate myself that I cant control it. I think to control doing next time, but finally again I do it. From that time to till now I cant stop this habit. So more or less I masturbate twice a week anyway and in rare cases thrice a week. Accidentally during my college time I watched some programs in tv saying that masturbation causes not able to do sexual intercourse with partner. It causes not able to give a baby after marriage. After seeing that type of programs I got very much afraid of my life. Before two years I did laser eye surgery. Before surgery they did all pre-test for me. Then they said that your nerves are weak so we need to do two more extra test. After that extra test doctor said that we can do the surgery thereâ€™s nothing problem regarding the nerve weakness. I Think may be its family gene problem having nerve weakness. Maybe your grandfather too could had nerve weakness in his life. And now after two years of eye surgery I didnâ€™t face any problems.
