A good and pleasant smile gives you the charm and confidence to face the increasing competitive world. To make space for the teeth to align and move backwards a few teeth are removed and the space thus created subsequently gets closed by the anterior teeth. This has been done from many many years and is considered harmless so go ahead and come back with a full confidence and still a bigger Smile

Extraction of patients on Acitrom or other blood thinners can easily be done after carrying out few test and if required dose alteration of acltrom. So no need to worry go ahead for the smile you deserve.
