I would like to improve my body mass since I am very lean and skeletony for my age. I have been trying to do it with food only for a long time but in vain. I had been prescribed deca durabolin injection for a few days around 5 yrs ago and there was slight improvement but had to discontinue that due to travel. A little over 3 weeks ago I went to the Dr for what he said was a really bad sinus infection. I was prescribed a 10 day course of antibiotics & I felt better. Well the last week Ive had a sore throat on the left side, an ear ache on the same side, a chesty cough I never got rid of and now bad breath. There are red streaks on the back of my throat which I assume are just from the stress of constantly coughing. I called the dr. & told him my symptoms and he seemed unalarmed and prescribed me another 10 day course of amoxicillian. My only concern is that its not a sinus infection because my sinuses aren't bothering me this time around - Im not even congested. Any ideas what it could be? Should I call the DR and make him actually see me or will the amox work? Please no smart-alec comments about dental hygiene -- I brush 3 times a day & floss, so its not because i am not brushing

42 yo female. I have an approx. pencil eraser sized lumped on my right tonsil that is flesh colored and in which I can see the veins in. There is a spot of white on the front of the lump I'm thinking could be bacteria. My concern with the lump is that it appears more as a hemroid would, a lump pushed through the skin wall, not as a lump sitting on the skin wall. I have used a q-tip to investigate the lump with no change. It is near the top of the side of my throat above the tonsil where the throat is starting to curve up. It is smooth all around this spot with only this lump coming down from the wall of my throat there, and the flesh color and veins match that of the smooth skin surrounding it.

Dear Doctor, Please help me to control my diabetes. I am a dibetic patient about 17 years and under insulin for the past 5 years.Before five years I underwent CABG surgery. My need for consultation is for Diabetes. Now i take Metformin 500 SR/Diapride 2mg and 30/70 fast acting Insulin 18 in the morning and night time I take diapride 2mg and Insulin 8 points only. My HbA1c is 7.9 and always PP is above 200 to 240 Today fasting is 121 and PP is 234.Please advice.

I am having a lump of width 1.5-2 cm attached to my left testicle at the upper part of the testicle since 10//11 years. (I have mentioned the width only because the shape of lump is just like a small testicle and I am unable to hold it from its length because it slips from my hand and some cord(perhaps epididymis) is obstructing me to hold it from it's length. most likely It's length is about 2.5 cm and I mentioned the width only). It is not causing any pain or problem with me. I put a torch light behind it and saw that it is allowing light to pass through . I masturbate much. Can this be cancer or is there any chance that I will have cancer in future ? I am scared of cancer Please help me. Can cancer be there with me for such a long period ?
