PAST HISTORY : lever problem of a girl child age only 5 months. bile flow from the liver to the gallbladder is blocked. checked in guwahati international hospital. now forwarded to vellore CMC . since they cannot do operation/surgery

Hi,

Biliary atresia is a serious problem and worse part is it is less know. It has only surgical treatment and intially the procedure done is kasai procedure(in which a part of child intestine is used to replace the bile duct out of liver),but however if it fails then liver transplantation is the only option.
I am not sure over the cost of procedure in cmc vellore,but however if you are carrying your detailed certificate about income then you will be given priority and will be charged less(it can't be free totally but yes it will be very cheap)(otherwise also it is a missionary hospital and should be very cheap).
Aiims is also one of the finest hospitals where treatment is nearly free and there is a section in every private hospital which is designated for economic sections of society.

Or i should get treated by surgery,i am just 23 yr old boy,still there is whole life for me to live please help me.

Hi, Since you have not told me about the age of the patient ,with only history available that she was a smoker,following might be the causes - - Bronchitis - Brochiectasis - Lung carcinoma - Pneumonia For all of these you will have to leave smoking.You may quit smoking suddenly but doctors at might not recommend it because this might suddenly lead to dropping of hormone levels in blood which might cause depression. I am 29 Years old man who had a ligament tear in my right knee 14 months back. Though i can walk properly and can run slowly but cannot run hard because if i do so my right knee buckle and i fall down.
