PAST HISTORY : There are changes of chronic hepatic parenchymal disease in the form of reduced hepatic volume, volume redistributation within the hepatic lobes, irregular outlines, diffuse heterogeneous parenchymal attenuation and enhancement. there is an arterial phase hyperdense and venous phase heterogeneously hypodense nodular lesion measuring 3.3x3.5cm in (APXTR) Dimension within segments V and VI of the liver. the lesion is extanding upto the capsular surface with mild degree of capsular retraction.
