Just have plenty of water at least 2-3 l water and if you travel more you can even have upto 4l of water as this is very important.
Rest follow the following steps
1) Have diet rich in proteins eggs, soya bean,pulses
2) Have milk twice daily
3) Have freah fruits specially seasonal fruits like water melon
4) Have plenty of fresh vegetables
