Hi I am 19 years old me nd my bf nva had sex before bt today he inserted his penis tip in my vagina sm fluid was getting discharged from his penis he wiped it by his hand and after some time he inserted his finger in my vagina vit d same hand bt his finger was dry and der was no fluid or sperm on it can I get pregnant ???? Hi, Yes you can get pregnant by a very less amount of penile secretion also which many people don't even notice the secretions are so less.Even if penis is not fully inserted and only tip is there inside the vagina even then you can get pregnant and you did mention about some secretion coming out of penis which he cleaned in the end so you can't take a risk and it is good that you have taken an emergency contraceptive,i hope with in 72 hours. again i am sharing the details for clearity,which i already mentioned in previous question. my gf has perioed on 5th July and ended on 9th july ,on 10th july i just touched her down and then my penis has touched her vagina only for 4-5 second,nothing else has beed done.since my precum has touched her vagina .for safety next day 11th july she has taken ipill, on 16th she got vaginal bleeding and it ended on 19th,it was darkish.on 22nd now she is feeling itching sensation on the outerpart of her vagina no pain,no discharge,no problem in urine ,nothing inside,on the outer part only it has and its still there.please tell me is it a effect of ipill and any cream or anything which she can use to stop it. she dsnt feel this itching inside atol it jus around the vagina and while urine passing also no problem.please suggest what can be done and is the chance of pregancy now.please suggest some ointment for this itching,if its normal how long it will be.

Since the past few months, I've noticed that my clitrosis is swollen on the tip and it is hanging out loose from the vagina. This is concerning me because earlier I never had this problem and my clitrosis was inside and infact I'd to penetrate my finger to feel it. Period has been off cycle the past few months, it came after 38 days. Before my period came, I had thicker grey/white discharge than normal with no odor and did not look like cottage cheese. It did not itch. It seemed normal, just more than usual. I then had a normal menses. I decided to start Lo Loestrin birth control on day 3 of my menses. During the last day of my menses (day 4/5) when the blood was lighter/brown, I started having intense itching especially after urinating and wiping. I just assumed it was from using a new type of pad and possibly due to hormonal changes because of the birth control. I also felt like my vagina was more dry than usual. The itching became less intense but I still felt more dry than usual. I had sexual intercourse a few days later and he caused a tear. I then noticed hours later that on my labia minora an ulcer had developed. It basically looks like the same type of canker sore you get in your mouth. My vagina is still quite dry. It burns when I pee and the sore is uncomfortable. I also have a tear at my vaginal opening. I don't think it is herpes. There was no pustules or groups of pustules. There is no scabbing. There are no other ulcers. I have never had herpes before. I have never had a sore like this before. I was fully tested one year ago for all STDs and HIV and came back negative. I'm just not sure what to do. I'm assuming I have to go get tested again just to make sure, but unfortunately I do not have insurance and most free clinics only check for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and HIV. Hoping to get an idea of what I should do. Also, hoping for some differentials.

Hi precy. You should consult a gynecologist. If there is white cottage-cheese like discharge, most probably it is fungal infection. But if it is dry, it is most probably because you are menopausal.
