PAST HISTORY : one medical internist doctor he suggested the problem is tri germinal neuralgia (nerve pain from head)

Need proper evaluation to suggest 'Trigeminal neuralgia' or 'tic douloureux' as this condition mostly affects a larger area of the face. Need Xrays Clinical Tests like percussion, sensitive, etc other adjacent teeth, third molars also to rule out hair line tooth fractures to give you a proper diagnoses.

Hi..
I would like to know more details. do you feel itching only or is there any kind of pain also?
Do you get relief from anything, i mean chewing or any other activity. Does it gets aggravated by anything. Do you feel it the whole day or during specific time period.
Clinical examination will add much more information in this case so better visit a dentist also.

hello,
sometimes what appears to be normal is not,.get vitality test on the tooth done(hot tests, cold tests),also go for an intra oral periapical radiograph for the particular tooth to see some cavity which is not visible clinically that can be irritating as well.
