suffering from Insomnia for the last 4 years presently, I am using Zolfresh 10 as sleeping media. but i am not getting proper sleep even after taking the tablet. since last 6 months, i am taking this tab during the day also,,, but NO firm results kindly suggest ne to overcome the sleeping disorder

hi i am a 24 year old girl . my height is 134 cm ( 4feet 4inches) i have been taking growth flex v pro ( l-arginine and ornithinine ) for past one month on bed time and have noticed about 1.5 cm diffrence in height in few weeks . i would like to know is there any side effect of it . and i also consulted a doctor my spine is in really bad shape and i have a very bad posture and im obese. 63kg. my doctor said me that if my posture is improved and spine is straiter i may be additional 2-3 inches taller as my spine is curved ( like a opposite ' C" SHAPE ) pushing my hips out from behind and also a round slouched shoulder . Hi, I am a 22 years old vegetarian male. I have been diagnosed with osteopenia with a T-score of -1.0 on spine and -1.5 on femur. Following this I got my vitamin D checked (25-hydroxy test) and it came out to be 8ng/mL. I think that the low bone density is due to the lack of calcium caused by vitamin D deficiency. I got a throid profile performed and all results came normal. I am thinking of getting a calcium serum check to find out the calcium levels. I have also started taking vitamin D 10000-15000IU per day. Do you think I should get any further checks done? I also seem to have gluten allergy /celiac disease (eating wheat seemed to cause some digestive problems that went away when I stopped taking wheat) and have stopped eating wheat. Do you think I should get any further checks done? I am thinking of checking for mineral deficiency in my body.

My father is 53 yrs old. He had been diagnosed with Coronary artery disease ,TMT positive,Diabetes Mellitus CT Coronary Angiogram showed High calcium score,Single Branch Vessel disease.His heart was said to be very healthy so far. A 100% blockage and 80% blockage of the arteries had been detected and collateral ways have been formed.He has not faced any symptoms of Angina so far.At the long run , anything can happen which is very sure.Could you please suggest what should be done - Bypass or Angioplasty and is it an emergency which needs to be right away?

I am suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome. If i take 2 tablets of Betnesol forte for 3 days and 1 tab per day for 3 days. It made miracle to my hand. No swelling ,no pain and no numbness. But then i discontinued it because it is a steroid. And the problem occured again. Niw if i take Betnesol forte 1 tab per day for say 15 to 30 days what will be the sidr effects?
