hello, i have cough and running nose from 2 days and some tooth aches from couple of weaks... i went to local medical store and i toled my problem he suggested me almox 500.. i brought it.. should i take these capsule . he suggested me take 1 capsule in morning and 1 capsule in the night..? what should i do ?

First of all you should visit to your Family Physician for your running nose and cough and also to a Dentist for tooth ache, instead of a medical store. Although Almox is not a complete answer for your problem; Medicine and its doses depends on the severity of your problem and the line of treatment decided by your Doctor. Sir from past 2 years i am suffering from weird kind of problem that is suddenly my throat gets dry and starts to pain.The pain persists until i take medicine(antibiotics prescribed by an ent).The sore throat only causes pain in backside of throat but no frequent coughing, only mild cough.Even when i go for running , sometimes my throat gets dry and starts to pain and then again i have to take medicine.The occurence is really random.Sometimes while sipping tea or any liquid , there are cracking voices from my throat and i feel like a little lump in my throat( sometimes) , but no issue with swallowing food. I went through several nasal , sinus ct scans that showed that my nasal bone is slightly deviated(very little) , but my nasal passage is sometimes fine and sometimes blocked. I have taken antibiotics,fluticone ft, momeflo,unicontin, over the course of my treatment prescribed by my ent but all these effects were temporary .after leaving medicine for 1-2 months symptopma reappear.Please advice what to do.
