Recently my father complained of mild chest pain..Doctors did an angiogram and found out that he has Triple Vessel desease. They have suggested PTCA to LAD & RCA. We want to take a second opinion on this before going ahead.

Hi, I have seen the angiography report written by you. As many of the findings on angiography are subjective and can be decided by the interventional cardiologist while doing and watching the action of heart and flow of dye during the procedure itself ,it would be a good idea that you should discuss the result with the cardiologist himself. i am having a normal ecg and my echo test comes normal , but i am having a continuous chest pain . my endoscopy result specify me that i am having a antral gastritis. please let me know what can i do further

Hi, Antral gastritis common causes is Bacterial ( h pylori ). Then there are more infective cause which are a little less common (viral,tuberculosis) . Smoking,alcoholic,excessive drug intake might be other causes as well,or due to any foreign body intake. I took chest xray the report says borderline cardiomegaly.

Hi, X-rays are very non specific and it is difficult to assess it on an x-ray. It simply says that the shadow appears to be a bit larger than usual or it can also be said that it is more than 50% of thoracic ratio or cavity. This can only be confirmed on an echocardiography. All of my wisdom teeth came in straight when I was about 21 except for one. It would come in and go back down and then repeat. They never gave me any pain and there was room for them. Well the one tooth that would appear and go back has came back in again. I noticed it is badly decayed I guess from being under the gum. Since it has come in, I have been fighting brain fog, slight dizziness , and slight nausea. I've made an appointment with my dentist. But was curious if these symptoms could be from this decaying tooth.

dizziness ,nausea ,brain fog does not occur due to dental caries..if there is any abcess formation relating peri apical region it causes pain in that region and can also cause referred pain ... it is prefered to under go impaction done for the tooth as the decay wisdom tooth effects the teeth adjusent to it which is sound ..,,, ...

Hi, im a 22 yr old indian girl and I have been having extreme pain in my left lower ribs and waist which extend a little in the back for the last 6 months or so. Initially the pain was not much but recently its has agrevated so much that i have to take pain killers twice a day just to get through the day. I hurts very badly when the area is touched or if i bend or while changing positions during sleep. My xray is absolutely normal nd my blood work up is all well except for vitamin d which is 8.4. What do i do to. Get rid of the pain

For the past six months I have experienced dull chest pains lasting two to five miniutes sometimes longer sometimes shorter, similar to heart burn. AT&T first it was on the upper left but now it is in the middle of my chest. During this period I also have occasional clear jelly like phlegm balls two to three times a day although not continual. I have had blood test,chest X-rays,angiogram all negative.Please advise.

mostly it should be gastritis.....take antacids for some days and watch response... tab pantoprazole with domperidone empty stomach in morning should suffice.... ...
