Hi I had a surgery done to remove a raptured sebaceous cyst on my left buttock which has been left open - there are a lot pus remaining n the nurse said that i might be gettin it again n can you suggest me ways/remedies how to get the pus out completely n how to avoid getting that cyst again [ got the cyst at the same place as last year's]

Hello Doctor this is Emmanuel Nice to hear from you, actually my skin is not extremely very dark but compared to a 'White skin' it is, I'm not very pinkish, but I'm fairer than the other dark people. If I come under bright lights I look fair I don't know what medicine changed my skin colour as I'm not good at medicine. My toes, feet, neck, Hands and other private parts like me penis are also dark, I've tried the Vitamin C Calamine lotion Multani mitti allovera face wash drank water used sunscreens accordingly these only work to certain extent and I feel these are meant for people who are looking to improve their complexion and not to restore the original skin colour. I actually look like a South Asain. It took some time may be about a month my complexion became dark. Hi Emmanuel, Thank you for the photographs. The areas you mention - hands, feet, penis and scrotum are naturally darker than the rest of the body. The reasons for this are different. The penis and scrotum are darker because they have a very rich blood supply and this makes the skin darker. No treatment is required or indeed effective here. I write on my left hand, am an interior design student and I draw all the time. Then my left hand suddenly feels shakey that I cannot take a picture with a steady hand. My left wrist hurts so much like, it is numb and hurting. My right hand doesnt feel much pain and isn't as weak as my left hand but, it is shaky too! I had a cavity filled a week ago and it was a deep one. My mom is a dental assistant and her boss said that he had to drill some of the pulp. About two days after I got it filled it started hurting really bad (almost unbearable) and I was wondring if that\'s just from where he drilled the pulp OR is it that i ll have to have a root canal? And if you can give me some home remedies? Because I can\'t stand the pain when I don\'t have cold water/something cold in my.mouth. I am 13 and have school. tommorow so I really need something that will at least take the pain away 7 hours thank you!.

plz mention the tooth having pain, (drilled some pulp) means the clinician went for pulpotomy. still pains... , need to go for pulpectomy (if deciduouos tooth) or RCT (for permanent one), but XRAY is must to analyze and act accordingly. ...
