i want to know whether i have hiv or not - tested negative in 2 months , tested negative in 5 months, ECLIA method was used - is it accurate and reliable - i have sore throat and glands swelled up

Hi, HIV is a disease in which the symptoms usually comes after about 6 months to infinity. They may not even appear for as long as 10 years and you have a total history of 5 months . Hi, I am 23 Year female. I had DNC last year in 5th month of pregnancy. I had pus cells in the first month, used anti -biotics at that time. Now, i have been confirmed pregnancy. Again i have 1-2 PUS CELLS, & ESR is HIGH. I am having dry cough also now. What could be the reason? Is it due to infections transmitted in sex with my husband? How should i take medication?

Hi!! 1-2 pus cells in urine is no cause for concern as if it is more than 10 pus cells/high power field,it is of consequence. hello sir/madam,....I had unprotected sex with my partner few days back...after 2-3 days of the act I started having red patch wid a small round white lesion(like ulcer) on my frenulum of penis and inner part of the prepuce....plus from the next day I started having pain in my floor of the mouth plus having bleeding while brushing my teeth(after brushing when I spit I see blood but cannot find the origin of the bleed...I have not got any blood test done...I am very worried whether its an STD or something more serious like cancer or HIV.....plus the female with whom I had sex also suffered from infection wid burning sensation and pain while urinating the next day and she took third generation cephalosporin tablet and placentrex gel for 3 days which relieved her symptoms....please suggest me what should I do....thanks in advance....

Hi, White patch can be vitiligo and rashes can be due to simple bacterial infection it can't be said what is it without examining you. If you want you can attach your photo then i will be able to tell you better. You can get tested for hiv if you want to remove any thought about it. The condom broke off during a intercourse 5 hours before thought of the PEP Treatment and medicines in case if any issue happens. I was having sex with a stranger , she told she don't have HIV. Hi, The only way for hiv prophylaxis is these drugs or you another way which might be possible is that you request that girl that she should get tested herself for hiv although this is not a sure method because she might be in her latent period,but if she is a prostitute then she might be infected from before only.
