i am just 25 years old.My height is 169 cm&weight-72 kgslast 10 days back i checked my bp,it is 150/100.my lipid profile reports are normal,in ultrasound scanning liver was minute enlarged,i am taking stamlo beta for my hypertension,now can i use ayurveda medicines for hyprtension & liver enlargement.

No much symptoms of frequent urination or pain during passing Urine. On a routine check up, found prostate gland enlargement. On a scan found that prostate - 4.3 x 6 x 5.7 cm (63gms). PVR 48cc and Uroflowmetry (voided volume 0433ml). PCA test shown normal result (2.18 ng/mL). Doctor advised for Afdura 1 tab during night. Had it for one month and went for 2nd test and the result shown as Prostate 62gms (voided volume 0310 ml) and PVR 37 cc. Doctor advised to continue Afdura for another 2 months. Feeling normal except some trumbling feeling (mussle shrinking all over the Body - occassionally during sleep. ( No normal allergic sympts like drowziness of Afdura) Other wise comfortable with normal urination and no pain or any uneasiness during urination. I observed a swollen thyroid on right of my neck 3 years back and did an ultra sound that time. Doctor suggested that it is benign nodule so it will not harm and take proper diet. from last 3 months recently, i noticed an enlargement in nodule again and did ultrasound now again. doctor now suggesting for FNAC test and surgery in future. Hello Doctor, I am having High BP (140-150 / 90-95) since last 2-3 years. My BP is mainly due to anxiety, stress and poor physical activities. My doctor suggested me cilacar 10 once a day (morning). Also I am taking Ecosprin AV 75 1 tab in night for left atrial enlargement found in ECG. Also taking QCar Tab Once a day. But I am not feeling comfortable due to high BP starting evening until I go into deep sleep. I feel some anxiety during evening and night. In day time I do not feel any issue.
