I need expert opinion regarding "What should I do for nightfall problem ?" .I am facing this problem for last 10 years and happening 3-5 times a week.Is there any remedy to completely recover from this problem. Because of this wetdream my body weight is 52 kg.My age is 28 and height is 165cm.please provide some madicine to increase my body weight also

Hi, As you said that you are having this problem for a pretty long time, I have to say that it is important for you to know what exactly is night fall. Night fall is a problem which is faced more by men. The reason is that in females the secretion is too less for them to realize that they had a night fall. Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need Coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with Multivitamin cap, for five days in the morning after meals & antiseptic ointment or gel on the area of ulcer until then. Hello Doctor, i'm suffering from halitosis problem and i had consulted a lot of dentist but nothing helped much. On searching on internet about my tongue problem of whitening and cracks on my tongue i found out that i might be suffering from oral thrush problem so i ordered Health Aid Acidophilus and I've started consuming from yesterday i.e 6/8/2013. My question is will it help solve my oral thrush problem and how much time it will take to bring my problem under control?

you need to brush your teeth twice daily and maintain very good oral hygiene. plus definitely quit smoking. It is also advisable to take antifungal tablets for around a month. nystatin is a good drug for oral thrush. Though the oral thrush will drastically reduce in a week. you need to continue the medication for a month. Hi, There are never clots in stools due to digestion problems,and the clots might be coming from vagina which she might be confusing that blood is coming from her anus. As clots in stools are also not very common. I would advice you to go for an ultrasound again for fetal well being,or to confirm it first that blood clots again come from stools if that is so then i would tell you for more tests like stool microscopic examination or more tests might be needed to be done. Hi, I am not sure,your doctor must have examined you so he can might be telling better,but i belive you should have complet liver tests including pt aptt and coagulation profile and billirubin levels and also repeat the tests you already have. Although yellow eyes can also be due to mddy sclera,some people have muddy sclera. Your tsh is also raised so he might be telling you for some test or may be you could be directly be put on medicines for this. Time taken is different for diffirent person ...

Hi. I already asked a question before. I got reply for that and got expired. So i mentioned below my before question and reply:- Hi. i feel my nerves are weak. i'm 25 yrs old. My hands shake when i do some activities like when i take a tea cup my hands shake. When i'm drinking it slowly my hands shake. I feel very shy and afraid infront of everyone. I cant hold the pen and write normally as others do. I hold my pen very tight with my fingers and write. Then when i go in a bike, when i go in some speed i'm ok. When i go in a dead slow my hands shake. I feel more nervous when i stand in front of everyone. I also feel mild nerves pains in my legs and hands all the time. I'm about to marry in a year or two. I dont know why i get this. Is this occur due to i masturbate often? Is it curable? Can i get my nerves strong and hands without shaking? I'm not able to tell this to my parents. I'm very much afraid of this sir. Pls help me.. Reply for this:- Hi, First of all would like to clarify that it is not due to masturbation , it depends upon the cause whether it is curable or not. Do you feel any kind of numbness or any kind paresthesia in your hands or legs. Since how long are you having this problem and also describe in detail whether you are facing any other symptom or not and whether it was all of a sudden or the symptoms you are facing devloped gradually. Any problem in urine or dafecation ? Any history of trauma and is this pain bilateral or unilateral ? Any history of hypertension and diabetes ? You can get serum electrolyte level and vitamin d3 levels chceked in blood right now and also give me the awnser to above queries i asked you and then will let you know whether any other investigation is required or not. Would recomend you to have plenty of water and high protein diet and also one tablet of neurokind plus daily. My reply:- Yes i feel kind of parasthesia in my hands and legs. Actually i want to share a thing. I had laser surgery for my eyes before 2 years. That time doctor said my nerves are somewhat weak. May be its a family gene problem which could've occured for any others in your family. Anyway its not a problem for this surgery and they done it. I too okay with my eyes.
