Hi , My dad is 68 years old.He is diabetic and suffering from blood pessure. Also he has Sleep apnea issues..Offlate he is sleeping excessively, speaks while sleeping and also speaks assuming that a person is nearby (while the person is nt in the vicinity)..What can be the reason for the same?..A friend of mine asked me to check sodium levels..If that has to be tested , should that be done before fasting...

I have a thick light green substance coming from where my upper wisdom tooth would have been. I had all four removed years ago. The same area hurts as if I have a tooth coming in. The gum is hard toward the top of the jaw and then very soft where the flat of a tooth would be and that is where the substance is coming from. I have a dentists appointment scheduled for Next week but should I go in sooner?

Respected Dr. The following are the brief details of my case for your kind consideration:- 1. History of High Myopia since the age of 12 years. 2. Suffered Retina Detachment in the right eye at the age of 25 years and was operated upon at Shankar Netralaya, Chennai but with little gain of vision. 3. Continued with the help of contact lens in the left eye and almost stable number for the next 11 years. 4. Sudden appearance of rainbow like colours in the Left eye and the case was diagnosed as Advanced Optic Nerve Atrophy & Retinal Degeneration at PGI, Chandigarh & I was told that the condition is irreversible with no cure or medication. 5. I was put on eye drop medication with Dorzox, Combigan , Alphagen & am continuing with the same. 6. I was advised IOL transplant in the left eye and underwent surgery for the same at Grewal Eye Institute, Chandigarh. 7. During the last 4 Â½ years i.e. since the problem was diagnosed, I have underwent regular treatment under Acupuncture, Acupressure, Ayurvedic & Homeopathy medicines but with no relief and the deterioration in the field of vision and also its aquity has continued. 8. Hi doctor Day b4 yesterday I had mild fever at night. I took combiflame n slept. Morning I was ok but afternoon while working I started feeling cold n was feeling weak + fever +body n head ache. Though I had cough from last few days. Yesterday evening I visited nearby doctor. He gave 2 injections and these 2 tablets: 1.Merisulide*Plus 2.Mosgard 300 Though I am feeling better than yesterday but I dont feel like eating anything. Too much weakness.

Hello Doctor, i have a trouble of foul smell from my mouth from past 2 months now..i have had consulted two dentists already & they were unable to diagnose the problem..they even say nothing to worry it ll go itself & my brushing technique is also ryt..other gave me a paste for my gums thinking it to be some infection but nothing seemed to work...the foul smell is still there & moreover i am not able 2 smell it myself..wt do I do to get rid of this problem?

Hello doctor, When I was in 8th std I had small pimples on my cheeks. One Dr suggested me to use betanovate gm. After using it my pimples were gone and my skin was clear. I used it often whenever I had pimples till my 10th std. Once I stopped using it I had pimples on my cheeks and head. I went to a skin Dr nearby he said to stop using betanovate and gave me benzoyl peroxide soap and tablets. After using it my skin was dry and it was like peeled of then he gave me an aloe vera moisturizer. After one month my skin became normal and clear but my complexion became a bit low. I mean my complexion was good during my school times after using the soap it has gone bit low.Dr can u suggest me some good face wash or something to get that complexion back?

Hi, I am Ashish Wanjarkhedkar from Aurangabad and currently in london. I am suffering from toothache at the moment from last 4-5 days. First few days was thought of taking painkiller like ibrofen, paracetamol n all but didnt help. Tried to apply oragel and clove oil but it will get relax for only 3-4 hours and again starts. Then I have took an appointment of dentist nearby to my place and visited 2 days back. He suggest me to take antibiotic named as Amoxicillin for 5 days to get gem infection out but seems if I didnt take the dose on time, it starts pain again. Also do have actual a pain under my jaw (left side), please suggest.
