i have white patches on ma body on different parts. i got the first 1 on my left nipple,then on right nipple too before 5 years,then under the right underarm, at that time it spreaded rapidly,but now the growth is less then that time but now i got 1 patch near my vagina too.i had done many treatments but never continued any of them more than 6 months. now i am having an ayurvedic treatment from last 2 days,i am a very young girl with a depressed mind. i used to be very much depressed because of this,sometimes i cry alot alone,please help me regarding its cure.

Hello. I am 35 have ENT problems- I have had tonsillitis many times as a child and quinsy about 6 times. Following a bad time with the last quinsy I am now booked in gor a tonsillectomy on Thursday morning. My other symptoms are excessive mucus in my throat which I get out and get rid of. I have been diagnosed with polyps in my sinuses. I have been told I have a lot of scaring from the quinsy's and a tonsillectomy will not be easy due to bleeding etc. From my point of view I feel having this operation is prompt and I haven't been examined thoroughly to see if it is something else causing the abcesses. The thing is reading up about quinsy- they form after a bout of streptococcus or untreated tonsillitis. But when I get one, it can come on suddenly within hours- a gland on the left hand side of my neck swells and then within hours it hurts, stinks and I have pain all in my ear too. So I eat toast cooked about 3times so extremely hard and sharp and cry whilst swallowing it- hoping it burst and relieves the pressure. That always worked until last time and I got worse after it burst and got hospitalised for treatment. They had never treated me before or known the way it develops and now want to take my tonsils out. I have scared tissue now- surgery will be hard- then I may get more after (my throat is already tight) and if it is my Weber gland at fault having a tonsillectomy will not stop the abscess from forming again. What should I do?

Dear sir I only eat sweety supari last 2 year now i will avoid this habit last 5 month but my mouth is not properly open & i dont eat any spicy food if i eat then i will cry very badly so. Tell me sir which medicine i am used for this situation

Quit habits strictly. Seems like you have oral submucous fibrosis (OSMF). Kindly consult an oral & maxillo facial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need conservative or surgical management for mouth opening depending upon the stage of OSMF .Advise full mouth opening, ballooning exercise & side to side movement of the jaw. Grand Daughter .3 months old.On Supply food Aptamil 1 due to no breast milk since the delivery. Was passing formed yellow stool.Suddenly since last 3 days passing Semisolid.Little watery.stool with faecal metirilas.No Fever.No cry.No lack of having milk.Not drowsy.Is it normal or needs some medicine.I have given Probiotic.All Vaccination given at birth and 2nd dosage also including rota virus.
