hi i am a 24 year old girl . my height is 134 cm ( 4feet 4inches) i have been taking growth flex v pro ( l-arginine and ornithinine ) for past one month on bed time and have noticed about 1.5 cm diffrence in height in few weeks . i would like to know is there any side effect of it . and i also consulted a doctor my spine is in really bad shape and i have a very bad posture and im obese. 63kg. my doctor said me that if my posture is improved and spine is straiter i may be additional 2-3 inches taller as my spine is curved ( like a opposite ' C" SHAPE ) pushing my hips out from behind and also a round slouched shoulder . I have started doing lots of exercise to lose weight and yoga to correct my posture 2 hours of intense streches everyday. will it help me ? is taking a arginine and ornithinie safe ? since iv already taken for a month and noticed diffrence . i also take calcium n magnesium zinc to strenghten my bones. please tell me will doing all these help me gain atleast 1-2 inches. my parents are quite tall both above 5.8. i dont have any other issues and my blood works are all fine no thyroid , no cholestrol no pco . my periods are regular . pls help doctor.

Hi, Most common cause of small height is inherited from parents,but since your parents have a good height i would recommend you to get your hormonal tests like growth hormone or consult an endocrinologist because they might be really helpful to you,since your height is to small as compared to your parents. I want you to please guide me that which suppliment I should take. Actually I want myself to look healthy bcz I have a slim look. I want that type of suppliment that really gives me the best output. Don't care about the price of the suppliment, just suggest me that suppliment which would give me the best output and the effect of that suppliment should not fall down after 1 or 2 years. you should take your supplements post workout. start with a mass gainer (other than endura, you can take any eg: by muscletech, QNT, ultimate nutrition are the better ones). if you can not able to take the entire quantity of scoop size mention at one time, you can take half ofthe quantity mentioned twice. Hi, I am a 22 years old vegetarian male. I have been diagnosed with osteopenia with a T-score of -1.0 on spine and -1.5 on femur. Following this I got my vitamin D checked (25-hydroxy test) and it came out to be 8ng/mL. I think that the low bone density is due to the lack of calcium caused by vitamin D deficiency. I got a throid profile performed and all results came normal. I am thinking of getting a calcium serum check to find out the calcium levels. I have also started taking vitamin D 10000-15000IU per day. Do you think I should get any further checks done? I also seem to have gluten allergy /celiac disease (eating wheat seemed to cause some digestive problems that went away when I stopped taking wheat) and have stopped eating wheat. Do you think I should get any further checks done? I am thinking of checking for mineral deficiency in my body.

My father is 53 yrs old. He had been diagnosed with Coronary artery disease ,TMT positive,Diabetes Mellitus CT Coronary Angiogram showed High calcium score,Single Branch Vessel disease.His heart was said to be very healthy so far. A 100% blockage and 80% blockage of the arteries had been detected and collateral ways have been formed.He has not faced any symptoms of Angina so far.At the long run , anything can happen which is very sure.Could you please suggest what should be done - Bypass or Angioplasty and is it an emergency which needs to be right away?

I am detected with PCODs after 7 months of my marriage. I am now 26years old and got married 1.4 years ago. I am unable to conceive due to PCODs as per my gynocologist.
