Hi, I am really stressed and don't want to self diagnos and go crazy, but I have had this (pimple, ulcer, follicule infection or chancre on the side of the shaft of my penis. I don't know which one it is. I don't have medical but I am signing up on Tuesday for state medical..... The story is it appear maybe a week after a day and a half masterbation marathon I am embarrassed to say I had. It started as just a burning sensation on the side like I ripped the skin which I have done before. So I just didnt touch it. That was on a Sunday then Monday Xmas I tried to have sex with my lady and I couldn't cause of the pain and burning sensation on the skin. We started and stopped. 3 days after that in the same burning area 1 pimple formed with maybe 2 smaller ones. Very small ones... I I tried to masterbate again and it seemed as if it irritated the area and another one grew. They got to an ok size and where kind of painful. Then they grew and seemed to bust and started to go down. They look some like a chancre or a lesion when it was going down. They itch a little bit I guess that's from healing but I am freaked out. I had unprotected sex with another woman maybe a month before the night I began the marathon. I have pics please help.

hello sir/madam,....I had unprotected sex with my partner few days back...after 2-3 days of the act I started having red patch wid a small round white lesion(like ulcer) on my frenulum of penis and inner part of the prepuce....plus from the next day I started having pain in my floor of the mouth plus having bleeding while brushing my teeth(after brushing when I spit I see blood but cannot find the origin of the bleed...I have not got any blood test done...I am very worried whether its an STD or something more serious like cancer or HIV.....plus the female with whom I had sex also suffered from infection wid burning sensation and pain while urinating the next day and she took third generation cephalosporin tablet and placentrex gel for 3 days which relieved her symptoms....please suggest me what should I do....thanks in advance....

my wife is suffering from uterine fibroid with prominent left falopian tube as found in sonography done recently.the report is as follows : uterus appears mildly bulky and appx measures 8.4 x 5.2 x 4.4 cms. .it appears slightly globular in shape. it shows inhomogeneous parenchymal echotexture. there is relatively well defined iso-hypoechoic intramural fibroid of appx size 3.7 x3.5 x 2.7 cms seen in posterior myometrium.no obvious degenerating areas or vascularity noted. this lesion is in close proximity to the endometrial stripe.it appears to cause displacement and mild distorsion of the adjacent endometrial stripe.endometrial thickness is appx 6mm .the left falopian tube appears prominent (10-11mm). no other obvious focal lesion seen in the uterus. I am 27 years old unmarried. Three years ago I was diagnosed with cysts in my ovaries and surgery (Laporatomy) was done. I have lost my right ovary with it (oopherectomy) and cyst was removed from left ovary (cystectomy). I had jock itch and I used a ointment which had Clotrimazole and betametasone as composition ..I used it for 2 weeks and I felt better using it ..It almost got cleared but after 2 days of stopping the ointment it started again. .but I dint know to continue the same ointment or not as it was a steroid and instructions were given not to use more than 2 weeks so. .It's been 4 months I'm using Clotrimazole ointment and antifungal soap since2weeks still it's increasing and spreading to buttock and I also noticed spots on my abdomen and lower limbs which also increased in size. .so I was advised to take AF 150 tab for 5 days but even after 5 days I still had itching so I was asked to take it for another 5 days and tomorrow is the last day but I still have lot of itching so I have been advised to apply the ointment which has a composition of Clotrimazole and betamethasone ..how long should I use this ointment. .is there a solution to get rid of this infection permanently??I was advised to keep the area clean and dry and all hygienic measures and I do follow it but why is it not reducing? ???I feel very bad to go any social events now..without my knowledge I start stratching it. ..and Lesion on my abdomen is almost reaching to my breast. .Please help me to get rid of this infection
